Individual Counseling for Adolescents and Adults – $150 per 60-minute session

Elegy Counseling is an Out-of-Network Provider, therefore payment is due in full at the time of service and can be made via credit card, as well as cash or check for in-person sessions. Clients with Out-of-Network benefits who wish to submit to their insurance provider for partial reimbursement for services may request documentation for doing so.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, all potential clients must be informed of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing”.

This act requires that all potential clients are notified of their federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider, such as Elegy Counseling, and be provided a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs and length of service before receiving services.

All Good Faith Estimates are provided in writing prior to the start of services and reflect the fees stated above.
