STOP

STOP. Sometimes that is the kindest word we can utter – to press pause for a moment in order to take a breath, step away, re-assess. We cannot understand what lies within us while we are focused outwards, nor can we take the temperature of our inner world in the midst of managing external chaos.


STOP. Take a breath.


How does this moment feel? Where are YOU in all of this? Is this circumstance feeding you? What shifts need to be made in order to sustain your well-being? How can you interact with the world without being stripped bare by it?

We cannot keep the storms from coming, but we can create a haven for our souls to find rest and to ensure we do not get swept away.
